how do circles work?

a circle is a private group you make with the friends you actually want to share meals with — there's no public feed, no followers, and no strangers. you name a circle, then invite people in with a one-time invite code you share yourself. only the people in a circle see what's posted there.

when you post a meal, you choose who it goes to: a circle, one friend, or just you. nothing you post is ever public.

how do i delete my account?

it's entirely self-serve, right in the app — no email or phone call needed. go to settings → account → delete account. your posts and photos are removed from your friends' feeds immediately, and your personal data (profile, photos, posts, comments, reactions, and activity records) is permanently erased within 30 days. a few records are kept longer only where the law requires it — the full schedule is in our privacy policy.

do reminders happen automatically?

no — reminders only happen at times you set. add the moments you want a gentle nudge in settings → meal reminders, and turn the whole thing off any time. yummerz never decides when to notify you; you do.

how do i report something?

long-press any post, comment, or profile and choose report. every report goes to a real person on our side, and we review and act on valid reports within 24 hours. you can also block anyone at any time — blocks are immediate and apply both directions.

what's the calorie estimate feature?

an optional, off-by-default extra: turn it on in settings → calories and a meal photo gets a rough calorie and macro estimate, just for your own curiosity. estimates are approximate and are not medical, nutritional, or dietetic advice — yummerz has no goals, targets, or judgments attached to them, and you can turn the feature off any time.
